(Incorrectly marked on OS map as Hall Farm). Farmhouse, now house. Late C17-early
C18. Rendered and colourwashed, brick and rubble core, triple-Roman tile roof,
brick stacks, double-curved Flemish end gables with stone copings, kneelers
with ball finials. Symmetrical frontage, 2 storeys, 1:3:1 bays; centre 3 bays
break forward under a stone triangular pediment; alternating stone quoins,
cornice and parapet to side units; sash windows with glazing bars, keyed plain
openings to side units, keyed moulded stone architraves to centre unit with
single-hung sashes; French windows to each side on ground floor. Small Venetian
window in tympanum of pediment. Central architrave door opening, stone slab hood
on enriched brackets. C20 panelled door. Painted sundial on wooden panel in
moulded stone frame over door. Rear elevation much altered late C20 including
casements and doors. Single storey outshut to right of frontage.
