Possibly 3 cottages, now 2 including Post Office. C17-18, altered C20. Rendered over rubble, thatched roofs, stone
stacks gable ends and lateral stack rising on left return of Post Office wing. L-plan on sloping site, 2 cottages
facing south West, West wing addition parallel with road containing Post Office in gable end. 2 storeys; Post Office 16
pane sash window in gable end, ground floor C20 casement to left of C20 half glazed door with hipped thatched roof,
cantilevered porch; long 2 bay right return; left return masked by garage addition. South West front, higher
independently roofed block right, 2:1 bays, eyebrow dormers left, 2-light casements, arched entrance with plank door
between first and second bays right. Forms an important visual feature at the South West corner of the village where
the road begins to rise up to the surrounding hills.
