Cottage. Late C18. Local stone rubble; plain clay tile roof over 2 base courses of stone slates, simple gables; brick
end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays irregular fenestration. 2-light deep, small-pane casement windows, the lower set
midway between upper pair, with plain boarded door to right; all set under segmental gauged brick arches. Interior
apparently little altered.
