Garden house, possibly a former house. C17 or C18, Ham stone rubble; thatched roofs with half-hips, no chimney stack.
'L'-plan; part single and part two-storey. South elevation has a 3-light timber chamfer-mullioned casement window to
first floor, and door and single casement below: the single-storey extension westwards has a lean-to with double Roman
clay tiled roof against the main thatched wing: remainder and interior of building not accessible. This building has
important group value with The Keepers (qv).
