C18 red brick outbuilding converted to offices. Brick dentil eaves. Tiled roof
with gabled ends. Segmental arched doorway head, with modern door. Small fixed
light window to left. Included for group value.

The Town Council Offices, No 3, Public Lavatories, Weavers Cottage, Prince of Wales Inn, the Old Grammar School and Magistrates' House form a group.
