House. Mid C18. Painted English-bond brick with ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof
with sandstone ashlar gable coping. Two storeys and attic; Three windows. In bay three
a one-storey one-bay porch, with entablature and blocking course, contains 6-
panelled double doors under carved bracketed canopy. Sash windows in projecting
boxes under wedge stone lintels; rendered plinth; first floor and sill bands,
eaves band beneath gutter board. Central dormer containing sash has shaped gable
with ball finial, and slate-hung cheeks. Two tall end brick chimneys and one at
rear left, brick banded at left and ashlar-coped at right. Left return has high
oriel on corbel with pendants above 2-storey canted bay. Included partly for
group value.
