The house is C18. Two storeys. Two windows and one window-space. Painted
brick. Modillion eaves cornice. Tiled roof. Glazing bars missing. Doorway
with flat hood over and door of 6 fielded panels.
The shop forms an L-projection to the north-east. C19. Two storeys. One
window. Red brick, sides tile-hung. Tiled roof. Glazing bars intact on
first floor. On ground floor good C19 double shop window with central doorway,
all 3 sections flanked by pilasters with cornice over. Contemporary gilt
lettering in the fascia "Draper and Grocer". Glazing bars intact in shop
window.
