GV II

2 houses forming part of a terrace. 1840s. Flemish bond
brickwork with light headers on chamfered plinth; common stone
cornice, all dressings of painted stone. Common graduated
greenslate roof; No.95 with a C20 gabled dormer; original
ridge brick chimney stacks.
2 storeys, 2 bays each; formerly a mirrored pair with a
central rusticated segmental carriage archway, retaining the
original area cast-iron railings; flanked by doors, No.95 with
panelled door and No.97 C20, glazed, both with radial
patterned fanlight in stone surround, set within a round brick
arch. C20 casement windows in original stone architraves;
No.97 has an inserted C19 canted bay window. INTERIORS not
inspected.
