GV II

Outbuilding, may have been wash-house. Late C17. Hammer-dressed
stone, dressed quoins, stone slate roof. Single storey. Doorway,
in gable, has quoined lintel and composite jambs. Arched open window
to apex of coped gables with kneelers. Right-hand return has 2-light
double-chamfered window lacking mullion. Included for group value.
