Cotton goods warehouse, now Chinese supermarket. c.1850,
altered. Red brick in Flemish bond with sandstone dressings
(roof not visible). Rectangular plan extending back to Reyner
Street at rear. Georgian style. Basement and four storeys, four
bays, with rusticated quoins, impost band to ground floor,
sill-bands to upper floors, and prominent cornice on tall
brackets. The ground floor has a round-headed doorway to the
left, with pilaster jambs, fluted lintel, moulded imposts run
out, semicircular fanlight and moulded head with keystone; and
tall windows with unusual 2-stage pilastered architraves. The
windows of the upper floors all have shouldered architraves,
those at first and second floors with modillioned lintels and those
at third floor segmental headed. Interior not inspected.
