GV II

House. Early C19. Ham Hill stone ashlar facade, stepped stone
coping to slate roof; low stone stacks extended with brick, to
gable ends. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window
range. Flat stone lintels to 8/8-pane sashes. 6-panel door,
glazed to the top. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY
FEATURES: a low Ham Hill stone wall encloses the forecourt,
and supports long/short spearhead railings with urn finials
and dipped loops along the top rail; matching double gates
with a dipped top rail.
