Cottage. C17. Coursed ironstone rubble, tile roof, brick stack. L-plan. Two storeys and cellar; two bays. Cellar window with concrete lintel in left bay. Two-light casement window with concrete lintel to left bay on ground floor. Similar three-light window to right bay. Two-light casement windows with wood lintels to first floor. Three-light stone-mullioned windows with square hoods to both floors on left side. Wing extending back from left side, C17, similar materials, two storeys; one bay. C20 bay window on ground floor and two-light casement window with wood lintel above. Entrance in C20 extension at rear.

Interior: stop-chamfered spine beams. Open fireplace, bressumer said to have been renewed.
