House. Late C17 to the rear, early/mid C19 to the rest.
Coursed limestone rubble with a Ham Hill stone plinth, plain
tile roof, stepped stone coping with the base of a finial to
left gable end and brick stack to the right party wall.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; one-window range. Both windows
are C20 horned 2/2-pane sashes under flat gauged brick arches.
The 6-panel door is glazed to the top, with raised-and-fielded
panels to the centre, and flat panels below. The rear has a
pantile roof with stone slates to the lower courses, and a
painted 3-light stone-mullioned window to the first-floor.
