House, now shop and offices. Mid/late C18. Coursed and squared
limestone with raised stone surrounds to first-floor windows,
reconstructed stone to those on the ground floor and the
doorcases; slate roof with stepped stone coping and brick
stacks to gable ends and brick ridge stack to right-of-centre.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. First-floor
windows have C20 horned 2/2-pane sashes; the ground floor has
4 fixed, plate-glass windows, one to the far left and 3 to
centre and right; to right is a C20 door in a raised
architrave, to left is a C20 pedimented doorcase with Tuscan
pilasters. INTERIOR: noted to be altered.
