A small 2 storey building of granite ashlar. Probably C18 rebuilt in
early C19. One facade has a pentagonal slate-roofed verandah supported
by plain granite columns with square caps. Wing with slightly projecting
centre 1 window 3-light wood mullion-transom on ground floor with
slate hood and 2-light casement above with plain heavy label. One large
chimney stack with moulded cap. Cement washed slate roof with half hipped
ends.
