GV II

House. Circa mid C18. Brick and probably soft wood timber frame, hung with rag
slates. Slate roof with hipped ends. Rendered brick axial stacks.
Plan: Overall 'L' shape plan with each range of 2-room plan heated by back-to-back
fireplaces.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Built onto bed rock on steeply sloping site. Entrance on St
Edmunds's Lane with C19 door and 2 C19 round headed sashes on first floor. Round
headed sashes to right hand side elevation and unspoilt elevations with sashes
facing Avery Row.
Interior: Not inspected.
