House. Circa early C19. Stone rubble. Asbestos slate roof with gable ends. Brick
end stack on left.
Plan: 2 room double depth plan. Principal room on front left heated by end stack.
Entrance to right of centre and door to alley, leading to rear of house on right.
Exterior: 3 storeys. Regular two window front, with 4-pane sashes to ground, first
and second floor. C19 6-panel door and entrance through to alley on right with
moulded C19 surround.
Interior: Not inspected.
