13/18 Manor Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Late C18 with C19 and C20 alterations and additions. Local brick.
Hipped collyweston stone slated main roof and rear wing with two rear stacks
to the main range and gable end stack to rear wing. Two storeys with attics
and cellars, one storey and attic, rear additional wing forming an L-plan.
Symmetrical facade of three bays modified by addition of two square planned
bay windows with a common pent roof; central four-panelled door with
rectangular fanlight. Three first floor four-paned hung sash windows with
segmental brick arches; Three hipped dormer windows with casements.
Interior: some C18 details and C19 replacement.s
