House, now club. Early C19, with late C19 or early C20
alteration. Pink and cream mottled brick in Flemish bond on
painted stone plinth; red brick dressings and timber eaves
course. Coped gables and shaped kneelers, and brick end
stacks, right one truncated, to pantile roof. Central entrance
hall plan. 3-storey 3-window front. Open-pedimented doorcase
with recessed 6-panel door and radial fanlight. Flanking
windows are tripartite single-pane sashes, as are the outer
windows on first floor. First floor centre window altered to
glazed and panelled double doors, opening onto iron
balustraded balcony on scrolled consoles. On second floor,
tripartite sashes altered to casement windows flank unequal
12-pane top hung sash. All windows have painted stone sills
and brick quoined surrounds, those on ground and first floors
with elliptical arches.
