Four rows of tombstones. C18 and early C19. Carved limestone slabs.
Identified in rows A-D from west to east. Row A: a) shouldered head,
inscription unclear; b) shouldered elliptical head with large round plaque,
deeply carved dove and two putti; c) similar to b) inscriptions unclear; d)
scrolled head with putti, inscription unclear. Row B: a) square headed
inscription unclear; b) scrolled head, two putti, moulded arched head to
plaque, inscription unclear; Row C: a) and b) similar shaped heads with
unclear inscriptions originally painted black; c) segmental head with putti
and ribband decoration, laural garland to oval plaque inscription unclear.
Row D: dated 1780, shouldered head with putti and leaf ornament enclosing
plaque; b) segmental head with shouldered segmental headed plaque, three
putti, inscription unclear; c) segmental head, central putti, scroll and swag
decoration; d) square head, shouldered plaque with unclear inscription
originally painted black.
