Two houses. Dated '1858 B', with coronet on plaque, for the Duke of Bedford,
possibly by S.S. Teulon. Hammer dressed limestone with freestone dressings.
Collyweston stone slated roofs. Two storeys. Main north-south range with
wide gable projecting to left of centre and side stack with tabled offsets to
right hand; ridge stack and stacks to rear with moulded courses and ashlar
quoins. Closed porch to left hand. Parapet gables with stacks. Chamfered
plinth and cills. Chamfered four-centred archway with C20 panelled inner door
(No. 20). One three-light and one single-light casement ground floor windows
with wooden ovolo mullions and chamfered stone architraves. Similar two light
and single-light first floor windows.
