Early C19. 3 storeys and basement. Parapet with stone coping. 3 sashes on front elevation, with vertical glazing bars to first floor, otherwise C20 replacement windows. Simple altered doorcase. Left side elevation has 4 altered windows and a 1st floor 3-light bay with wooden 2 tier canopy over. Simple doorcase with C20 door.
The Prospect and No 9 form a group together with Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Eldon Place.
