Detached farmhouse. Possibly C18, but remodelled early C19. Local grey lias stone cut and squared; Welsh slate roofbetween coped gables; stone chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Above, small pane horizontal sliding windows; below
3-light horizontal bar casement windows, all under flat voussoired arches with keystones; between bays 1 and 2 a Regency pattern 6-panel door in similar opening. Extension to rear of C18 character, with double Roman clay tiled roof.
Interior not seen. Attached to north-east gable a single storey 2-bay outhouse to match, with loading platform across joint with house.
