II

Primitive Methodist Chapel. 1838. Red brick. Hipped pantile
roof with decorative eaves. Single storey. South end with semi-
circular headed doorway with traceried fanlight and partially
glazed door. Plaque above inscribed: "Primitive Methodist
Chapel. 1838". West and east sides each with 2 glazing bar
sashes with segmental heads. Original painted, panelled pews and
raised reading desk platform with turned balusters, moulded
handrail, lower panelling and central panel reaching up to
lectern.
