House at end of row. C17. Ham stone ashlar in large stones; Welsh slate roof with coped north-east gable, continuation
to south-west; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays. Chamfered plinth, continuous string to ground floor stepped
up over doorway: hollow-chamfered mullioned windows of 3-lights, except upper bay 2 which is 2-light, all with
horizontal bar casements inserted; lower bay 1 has a comosite plain sash window in a beaded surround; and to lower bay
2 a cambered-arched doorway with deep lintol, having early C19 6-panel door with toplights. Interior not seen. Four
metres north-west of house the boundary railings, of hoops enclosing plain arrowheads and cast fleur-de-lys tops, with
urn finials to standards, with a matching gate opposite the door; a return railing to the north corner of the house in
plain arrowhead rails, all adding to setting of house. This property straight-jointed to Nos. 16 and 18 (q.v), to south
west.
