Late C18 or early C19 corner shop and house. Local brown brick;
slate roof with rear stack. L-plan, three storeys to Lynn Road,
two storeys to Bedford Street. Wing to Bedford Street reroofed
with two dormer windows. One blind window and three hung sash
windows with glazing bars recessed in cambered gauged brick
arches with stone cills at first floor and two, four-paned hung
sash windows at ground floor with two entrances in round-headed
brick arches, doors both original, one to right hand half-
glazed. Shop to Lynn Road of three 'bays', with two casement
windows and one blind window at first and second floors. Good
late C19 shop windows, late C19 inserted door to right hand with
rectangular fanlights.
