Circular stuccoed building with a leaded dome. It stands approximately 2,000 m
to the west of Audley End stables on the edge of Ring Hill Camp. It was erected
to commemorate the treaty of Paris at the end of the Seven Years' War in 1763.
A central circular room with 6 double-hung Bash windows with glazing bars,
moulded architraves and cornices is encircled by a colonnade of 12 Ionic
columns with plain shafts on a circular stylobate, below the dome there is
a frieze ornamented by roundels. There is a commemorative inscription. The
building has been restored.
