Circa 1860-1 (title deeds) 3 storeys, 4 windows, Welsh slate roof with red brick
stack. Slate-hung, timber framed front with plain eaves band. Architraved sash
windows. Wooden shop front with pilasters carrying entablature with projecting
cornice. Shop window altered. Square-headed, recessed doorway with radial fanlight
and panelled door. (M. Laithwaite).
