House in row. Early C19. Fine jointed red brickwork in Flemish bond; plain clay tile roof between stepped coped gables;
one brick end chimney stack. Two storeys, 2 bays. Sash windows in plain openings, with rubbed gauged brick flat heads,
12 larger panes lower bay 1, above 16 and 12 panes; lower bay 2 has part-glazed door in matching opening with metal
lean-to hood on wrot iron brackets: to north a screen wall in matching brickwork linking to Morningside (q.v), with
boarded door below and window-sized plain opening above, under flat coping at eaves level. Interior not seen. Two
metres from house, with return to south west corner, a brick wall on lias stone base, with Ham stone copings swept up
at ends: in centre wrot iron gate with twisted spearhead finials to rails, and urn finials to standards; contributing
to house setting and streetscape.
