Earlier C19. 3 storeys. 2 windows with 1 window return to Plymouth Road and 1
window splayed corner treatment. Hipped Welsh slate roof with rendered stacks and
projecting eaves. Painted roughcast front with plain sill band at 2nd floor level.
Architraved sash windows. House doorway with plain sill ban at 2nd floor level.
with margin lights. Modern 'Regency' shopfront with ashlar pilasters carrying
entablature; round-arched doorway on corner.
