Early C19 (before 1834) pair of semi-detached villas. Northcote formerly known
as Elwell. 2 storeys and dormers. Welsh slate roof. Stucco. Dentil eaves cornice.
Hipped dormers. Recessed sash windows, some with glazing bars. Round-arched doorways
with edge roll mouldings; Rosemount doorway blocked; new side entrance. Northcote
with fanlight and panelled door. Ground floor with verandah with tented roof.
