House. Cl9. Local stone rubble, rendered on front elevation; plain clay tile roof with simple gable and abutment;
brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bay irregular fenestration. Plain door in left hand corner under timber hood with
lead bell-curve roof; to bay 1 an 8-pane sash window set flush with moulded wood surround, then to bay 2 matching
one-storey bay window with lead flat roof; above, centred between windows a 3-light small-pane casement window. In
West side elevation a 6-panel door with glazed toplights under timber lintel. Interior not seen. Included primarily
for group value.
