Public Fountain. 1877 by Edward Lee Rowcliffe. Sandstone block, coursed, with
voussoirs over arch. Granite trough. Arched under corbel band and with end
buttresses. Stone benches to ends of trough. Water spout in arched panel on
rear wall. Arched inscription reads "Whosoever will let him take the water of
life freely".
