Farm outbuilding, formerly house. C17, with C18 and C20
alterations and additions. Coursed squared gritstone, with
ashlar dressings, quoins, coped gables with plain kneelers,
and a corrugated sheeting roof. North elevation of 2 storeys
and 3 bays, with 3 ground-floor window openings, 2 of C17
date, one a single-light opening, the other a 2-light recessed
chamfered mullioned window, both with moulded surrounds
beneath drip moulds. Remaining opening at west end with plain
surround on C17 sill. West gable end with 3 single-light
openings with moulded surrounds beneath hood moulds. Square
opening without frame to gable apex.
