Rear elevation numbered 28 Butcher Row. C18 recasing of C16/C17 structure.
3 storeys painted brick. Moulded brick cornice and parapet concealing roof.
Superimposed rectangular bay windows, early C19, to upper floors, tripartite
sashes to front, panelled apron and moulded cornice over. Ground floor has
plain single C19 shop front. Interior retains early Cl8 staircase with columnar
balusters. Roof trusses survive with carved front to principals.
