Late C18, altered early C19. 3 storeys red brick. Low pitch slate roof with
flat eaves on paired brackets. 3 windows to 2nd floor, 2 windows lst floor
one a canted bay. Recessed sashes, no glazing bars. The canted bay has 4
pane sash to front, 2 panes to sides, small moulded cornice and plain apron.
Edwardian shop front to left hand on ground floor, door under bay window and
modern shop front.

Nos 14 to 46 (even) form a group with No 71A Brown Street.
