War memorial. c.1919 by Sir T G Jackson. Comprises a moulded octagonal stone
plinth surmounted by 3 octagonal stone steps. Octagonal stone base with tapering
octagonal shaft decorated with laurel wreaths near base and with Celtic cross to
top. Inscription reads: "IN MEMORY OF THE MEN OF KIPPINGTON WHO DIED FOR THEIR
KING AND COUNTRY IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 - 1918".
