4 terraced houses. Nos 29 & 30: mid C18, altered. Yellow stock
brick. 4 storeys and basements. 3 and 4 windows. Architraved
doorway with pilasters carrying entablature, fanlight and
panelled door. Gauged flat brick arches to recessed sash
windows with original glazing bars. Stucco band and continuous
balcony at 1st floor. Shaped bracketed cornice 3rd floor.
Parapet. INTERIORS: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES:
attached cast-iron railings with torch flambe finials to
areas.
Nos 31 & 32: mid C18, altered in early C19. Yellow stock
brick. Rusticated stucco ground floor, now painted. Stucco
cornice and blocking course. 4 storeys and basements. 3
windows each, No.32 with a 3-window (some blind) return to
Princeton Street. Square-headed architraved doorways with
fanlights and panelled doors. Continuous cast-iron balcony at
1st floor level. Recessed, architraved sash windows with 1st
floor console bracketed cornices and pediments. INTERIOR: has
evidence of mid C18 interior decoration. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES:
attached cast-iron railings with foliated finials to areas.
