GV II

School building. Late C19. Coursed squared stone with ashlar
dressings and slate roofs with a ridge stack. In a simple
Gothic style, sympathetic to the earlier parts of the school.
Single storey; 8 window range. Double depth plan. 2 stone
mullioned 2-light windows, flanked by single gables, each with
a pointed arched recess containing a flat-headed 4-light cross
casement with wooden mullions and lintel. Beyond, on either
side, a stone mullioned 2-light window. Beyond again, single
smaller gables with 3-light wooden framed cross casements.
Left return gable has a similar window with top lights. Lower
single storey rear range. INTERIOR not inspected.
