Chest tomb. Early C19. Ham stone. Ledger tapped, moulded cornice and plinth, fluted end pilasters. Inscribed on all
faces; on the south face to Williams Aplin, died l815 with the following inscription partially legible...'Dangers and
thick through all the ground to rush us to the tomb, And fierce diseases wait around to hurry mortals home.'
