Detached house. C18 and C19. Brick, colourwashed on front elevation, Ham stone dressings; Welsh slate roof between
coped gables; 2 brick and one stone slab chimney stack. Two storeys, 4 bays. Bay 1 is C19, with casement windows with
small panes to both levels, and C20 lean-to with translucent sheet roof: remainder Cl8, with plinth, rusticated quoins,
eaves course; sash windows in stone architraves, composites of 4+12+4 panes to outer bays and 16-pane to upper bay 3:
to lower bay 3 a 6-panel door with toplight in architrave: across the whole frontage a C19 verandah with glazed lean-to
roof and timber lattice supports. Interior not seen.
