Farmhouse. Early C19. Local stone rubble; Welsh slate hipped roof; yellow brick chimneys stacks. 2 storeys with attics, 3 bays. 12-pane sash windows in plain openings with voussoired segmental arched heads; central 6 panel door under Regency style fanlight in semi-circular arched recess, approached by double flight stone steps without handrail; in
roof 2 lead covered dormers with small 2-light casement windows. Small single storey extension on North East side.
Interior not seen.
