End of terrace house with later shop. Early C19. Yellow stock brick with stucco
dressings. 4 storeys 3 windows. Single window return to Moorfields forming No 2. C20 ground floor shopfront with corner entrance; to right, original doorway to house with patterned overlight. Stucco architraves to C20 sashes; 1st floor shouldered, 2nd floor with moulded sill band, 3rd floor with main projecting cornice; cornice and blocking course. Left hand angle bowed. Return with C20 ground floor shopfront and cambered brick arches to C20 sashes. No 118A with cast iron plaque of City coat of arms above central 1st floor window. Included for group value.
