Farmhouse, C17 and later. Local stone rubble with ashlar
dressings; Welsh slate roof, plain gables; brick chimney stacks.
"L"-plan; 2 storeys, North East facade of 4 bays. Modern casement
window lower bay 1; to upper bays 1 and 2 small C19 combined
sash and casement windows; to lower bay 2 boarded part glazed
door - all these items under exposed timber lintels: to bays 3 and
4 are 2-light ovolo-mould mullioned windows, the lower with
labels. Lean-to on South East gable; further mullioned windows in
North West gable and South West return wall. Interior not seen.
