Terrace of 18 working class cottages. Reputedly c1822. Yellow stock brick;
No 4 painted. Slated roofs except Nos 2, 10 and 12 which are tiled. 2 storeys
2 windows. Double depth plan. Round-arched doorways with blocked fanlights; most
retain cornice heads and some the original panelled doors. Cambered brick arches to
recessed sashes, some with original glazing bars. Interiors mostly retain original
form plan, many with plain panelling and dogleg. stairs having column newel, plain
stick balusters and moulded handrail. Nos 1-18 (consec) form a group with
Nos 19-23 (consec) Shepherds Bush Place.
