Semi-detached cottage. C17 origins. Ham stone ashlar; Welsh slate roof over stone slate base courses between coped
gables; brick chimney stack. Two storeys, single-bay. Hollow-chamfer mullioned windows in chamfered surrounds, both
4-light, but mullions removed from lower window and a casement inserted; to right a moulded cambered-arched doorway
with C19 boarded door; continuous string to ground floor stepped up over both window and doorway. C20 casement window
in west gable, and C20 single-storey extensions to rear. Interior not seen.
