House. C16(?) with C17 additions and later alterations.
Close-studded timber-frame and plaster; steep-pitched Welsh
slate roof with 3 roof-lines; massive rubble end stack to
west; rubble stack with brick chimney to north wing. 2
storeys. Scattered fenestration: C19 and C20 casements; late
C19 3/3 sash. Jettied to north and east. C18 brick with
pilaster buttresses to south-east front: 2 tiers of C20
casements, under gauged brick flat arches. C17 timber-frame
wing to north, with some brick infill; two C20 dormers; two
C20 doors. INTERIOR not inspected.
