front. Plain tile hipped roof. No 1 is a corner building. 1 window bay facing on to Barton Hill; stone rubble front. Windows 3 panes wide in frames. 2 window bays and door facing on to Victoria Street; rendered; windows in reveals; glazing altered. Lower windows in segmental arches ; modern door also in segmental arch. Graded II on account of position in street scene.
