C19. 2 storeys and attic; 3 windows. Slate hipped roof; 3 brick stacks;
dormers with hipped slate roofs. Ashlar front. Windows with frames; no
glazing bars. Small shop window to right hand on ground floor in No 38A
with doorway recessed behind. In No 38B, wooden boarded door in frame
with sash window 4 panes wide in frame in right hand.

Nos 28 to 46 (even) form a group.
