Earlier C18 cottage with later addition at rear; altered. 2 storeys. Irregular
1 window fenestration. Hipped and gabled Welsh slate roofs. Devonian limestone
random rubble with brick additions and slate hung 1st floor. Old rendered stacks.
1st floor with 3 light bay window with casements; small ground floor casements with
wooden lintols, and leaded lights. Windows on north and south sides: 2 light mullioned
casements with leaded lights. Entrance with small hood and boarded door approached
by flight of steps from road with wrought iron handrail.
